Immortal empires despite being a beta is rather stable. I'd say the game is in a better state than it was at launch most assuredly. Take your time though.

What do you think about changing the behavior of standard cast and overcast? No movement is kinda too strong for a standard cast imo(50% slower move would fit the standard cast better). I'd really like to hear your thoughts on this.

Of course, if you would do this, having it in another .pack file(another mod) would be appreciated, so people can choose.

i will do eventually, i'm not playing WH3 as it's in a pretty poor state, once it's better i'll port the mods i think are needed over, this will indeed be one of them

Couatl's Lesser CLtng still moves. Not that it matters or that it should be changed, they're OP as fk in Tlaqua roster. But just a mention.

Enjoying the mod, there any way to make an alternative version where the spell moves in a straight line as well? kind of like wind spells, so we can determine which way the vortex spell would move.

I just checked, this mod only adjust entries that weren't touched by the patch and the minimum-cast range distance is in a different table, mod is 100% compatible with latest patch.

Does this mod affect the same table that determines spell size/dmg/cast range?
A lot of spell attributes were changed this patch, some good (minimum range removal), some bad (shadow lore nerf) and I'm wondering if it conflicts.

Niiice. I was just noticing because it wasn't on the list of Spells Changed. I was going to comment on the Overcasted version, but I actually READ the mod description and I like that little change. Stationary or little movement overcasted. This is a great mod and I love using it already!

Awesome. Just what I wanted (less bullshit magic). With regards to the overcast spells. Is it possible to make them static as well and perhaps to counter how powerful they would be, say, make it so that the caster cannot move for "x" amount of time; s/he is having to "channel and focus" the spell? Lastly, thank you for making and sharing this with the community. Be well and stay healthy, please.

@Glorioussin that was i created this mod, however the overcast does still move but i've reduced the movement by atleast 50%

Try the mod out and see if it works for you play style, hope you enjoy it man

I've no idea about Radious sorry, I've never used it, you can try it and see if it works but someone else would need to do a radius submod

Please make a version where the overcast doesn't make it randomly move. I want to use the old static destructive spells, it makes them more reliable.

very good mod. Vortex is much better now and still not op. No need to tweak duration or stats although is stronger than before its still far from op. 10/10 :)

Nice! Do you think you could do a mod that removes the option to pick Wind type spells (Penultimate Pendulum etc.). No other spell is as abused by the player, or as mishandeled by the AI. Maybe remove the pips from it in the skill selection tree?
