Description
Adds the Telekinesis mutation to the game. Telekinesis is the power to move objects with your mind, which lets you:

* Move objects (and, with enough power, creatures) at a distance as an interaction command or activated ability
* Perform many interaction commands at a distance that normally require you to be adjacent
* Use some abilities that involve moving objects while you are physically immobilized
* Enhance your throwing with the strength and accuracy of your TK

Also adds a new high-level creature to use this ability against you.

Does this work differently than the TK from more mental mutations? That one was split into three separate abilities.

Another suggestion that would make this mutation too OP... why can't you use this mutation to disarm enemies?

Well I'm enjoying hurling bullets like a gun, I'm dissapointed that when you telekinetically hurl an HE missile, boomrose arrow, or grenade it does not explode

From a bit of mild high-ego testing, I feel like it's a little too hard to just *fling* someone as is shown in your mod thumbnail- even as a 50+ ego raw esper I was struggling to move some of the starter chars in joppa.

It shouldn't be that tough, but being able to just throw people around so easily might be too OP-

Have you considered making a channeled "dueling" skill, like sunder?

I.e. "you grasp x with psionic force and begin dragging them away!" and it's a focus effect where they're moved over multiple turns
Enemies would be able to resist out based on some fortitude-related save each turn, meaning that it'd still be difficult to move more powerful chars- they would just automatically resist and aggro you

Your ego would effect your strength against the save, the amount they're moved to their destination per turn, and the amount of damage they take from being slammed against other creatures or things like walls
