Casus Belli Expansion Pack [Guns & Shields Hotfix 2]

A mod based on the original Casus Belli Mod. Revisited and expanded based on the original casus belli mod, added a whole new faction: PLA, introduced a more dynamic combat system and rebalanced each faction with their own combat style, their own unique units, vehicles, and specialized AI! Introduced 90+ weapons to different factions according to their theme. In addition to that, most faction has their own unique radio calls, which further assist in their combat style!
And yes, this mod is now with a working campaign!
The mod aims to give a more intensive battle to RWR and its background is sets in the late 90's. It features a redone of the vanilla textures, models, vehicles, hud's icons, weapons and factions' unique voice lines, bringing more immersion to each faction!

𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐛𝐚𝐧
Faction theme: 𝕱𝖑𝖆𝖒𝖎𝖓𝖌 𝕮𝖗𝖚𝖘𝖆𝖉𝖊
The word Taliban, meaning "students", referred to a powerful military organization that exists in the Middle East currently waging jihad against the heresies and non-believers. Despite their lack of proper industry, their suspicious “Donors” from the shadow supply them with black-market weaponry and even some stolen heavy armaments, making the Taliban a force to be reckoned with. Obsessed with firepower, the Taliban is also able to obtain a fair amount of incendiary weaponry from the black market (which clearly outlawed by the Geneva Convention). With these weapons in their hand, they will cleanse the unclean with the holy fire!

ɪɴꜱᴜʀɢᴇɴᴛꜱ
Faction theme: ɢᴜᴇʀʀɪʟʟᴀ ᴡᴀʀꜰᴀʀᴇ
Betrayed by their once-great motherland, the peoples of Yugoslavia are now left in chaos and starvation. But what comes with chaos, is opportunities. As a frontline of the cold war, countless armories have been left in chaos, and most of them filled with promises that many military organizations in the world can only dream of. Even though the insurgents are just a loosely formed military alliance, many insurgent soldiers are formally elite units in the Soviet Army that decided to fight for their new home country. Many of them are known to be expert in weapon handling and infiltration, making insurgents a dangerous force to fight against.

UN peacekeeper
Theme: “Operation Dove”
The end of the Cold War precipitated a dramatic shift in UN and multilateral peacekeeping. In a new spirit of cooperation, the Security Council established larger and more complex UN peacekeeping missions, often to help implement comprehensive peace agreements between belligerents in intra-State conflicts and civil wars. Despite the fact that most missions are civilian based, military existence is required to maintain order and ensure the security of important figures. Focus on defensive operation, UN forces gain access to advance base defenses, and their skilled field engineers can set up covers more effectively.

Russia (RAF)
Theme: Frontal Assault
With the speech of Mikhail Gorbachev, the cold war has ended, with the collapse of the Soviet Union. The Great Red Giant has fallen, leaving it people to an unknown future. Following the constitutional crisis of 1993, a new constitution was adopted, and Russia has been governed as a federal semi-presidential republic. Under the leadership Vladimir Putin, his decisive and swift reform ended the chaotic post-collapse era, re-established a strong military presence in Eastern Europe. Like its predecessor, RAF’s tactic focuses on frontal assault with its advanced ground vehicles and heavy shock troopers to launch a decisive assault against Russia’s enemies, even sometime such aggressive tactic results in the lack of battlefield support.

United States of America (USMC)
Theme: Air superiority
Is that a bird, or something else?
As the leader of NATO, the US army has an unmatched air force to support its European Allies. With their advanced technologies and engineering designs, USAF can easily obtain the air superiority of the battlefield, providing its troop with more versatile fire supports and rain death from above, despite some critics say such generosity only lead to more unreasonable military expense, as if the government will care. In addition to their advanced air forces, the US Army also have access to experienced RRF, allowing them to organize airdrops with more infantries. SOCOM also provides its elite troops with an advanced training program, allowing them to perform tactical moves even when firing heavy weapons such as LMG.

United Kingdom (UK RMC)
Theme: Special Forces
As a key member of NATO, UK is considered to be a key global player diplomatically and militarily. Unlike other major military powers, British Armed Forces is focus on specialize mission and long-range support instead of conventional warfare. The special force of British Armed Forces is well known to be master at special operations behind enemy lines, which often means close range combats, infiltrations, and assassinations. In addition to the special force, British Armed Forces also specialize at long-range artillery support, giving their commander more option to turn the tide of the battlefield.

China (PLA)
Theme: Bayonet/melee combat
For the Republic!
The collapse of the Soviet Union, China’s former ally, symbolizes the arrival of a new era. Although not technically advanced and being sanctioned from obtaining technology exports, many astounding results have been achieved under the efforts and ingenuity of countless hard-working researchers and engineers. Most equipments in the PLA arsenal was from Soviet designs of the 1950s, but many designs were being incrementally upgraded with more optimized designs, some even with Advanced Western technology. Combining these equipments with the battle-hardened troops of the PLA, the Defender of the Republic will strike fear into their enemies!

Atlas (PMC)
Theme: Futuristic Warfare
The Atlas PMC is considered to be the largest and most successful international corporation dealing in military services and private contracting. In addition to military services, the Atlas PMC also focuses on experimental equipment developments, and never hesitate to deploy such technologies on the battlefield. The deep “cooperation” between Atlas PMC and the Union of South American Nations after the economic crisis of the 1980s has made Atlas PMC became the shadow government of some Latin American nations. Most of the employees and operators in the Atlas PMC are from Latin America, since decade-long cooperation has made Latin America become the main recruitment location for new operators and employees as the Atlas PMC provide opportunities and fortune that nowhere else can provide. (Minigun, Railgun and Exo suit, plus a fine collection of new South American weapons! Who the heck can reject such offer?)
