Ballast Tanks a.k.a (Buoyancy Tanks) currently not working

Description
Renamed mod to Ballast Tanks as that seems a better description of the mod.

Added Antharann Fireblade as contributor since he is making the new models for the mod.

Thanks again Antharann Fireblade for your help and sweet models.

Removed flame visuals and adjusted force on small block release valve to 0.

Example ship to show how to use the mod better than i can explain i hope lol.

One other note is to set the collector to depressurize off to keep the sub at the bottom or depth u have it set. On server restarts even with the colloctors powered off they will fill the tanks.

Small block version now added.

Just a note make sure to keep this system separate from the normal conveyor system.

Used with the water mod to make it easier to fill and empty tanks to submerge you submarine.

Large block Only atm and all blocks are just modified vanilla blocks. crude but it works.

well considering i just got my pc backup and working may take a while plus i'm now working about 3 jobs so not alot of time. but i will try to make time on getting this working again.

yea the water mod no longer allows vent to depressurize under water and the thrusters used to release from the tanks no longer working not sure exactly why. Real life has got me real busy so this may take a bit for me to get working again.

setting the collectors to depressurize means they suck up any air in the enviroment
you need to set them to pressurize to stop them from filling your tanks, they are just repurposed air vents.

Update, large grid setup also does not work.
