Better Gate Pass 更好的关隘

This mod buffed the gate pass by making them decrease enemy army's supplies in nearby own regions, increase garrison replenishment and stats, having better garrison units, garrison replenish faster and one administrator cap.

Gate pass are also almost impassable for enemy armies even when under siege. Player armies still can be attacked by enemy armies through gate pass when they are in friendly AI's gate regions, or else it may cause the game to get stuck during AI turn.

Compatible with most mods including my garrison mod and works for saved game.
