Less Intrusive Tooltips

Updated for CK3 'Argent' patch 1.2

This mod aligns all province/terrain tooltips to the bottom-right of your screen just above the gamespeed, rather than following your cursor across the map. Keeps things a little out of the way and less in-your-face!

Also hides the "Click to view county" and "Right click" green text prompts to slim the tooltips down a bit.

The tooltips will basically only cover the mapmode buttons, and when you go to click on one of the buttons the tooltips will disappear anyway so no real loss of easy use there.

Normal (non-province) tooltips still align to your cursor as usual.

Note that this will disable achievements, as most any non-GFX mod seems to do with CK3.

Compatibility:

Will work with anything that does not modify tooltips.gui, so should be okay with most stuff.

Future Plans:

Currently working on alternative placement options.

Also looking into moving some non-terrain tooltips away from the cursor, but will have to experiment more with all of these.
