Description
This mod is aimed at making the academy more balanced instead of reducing it's power to a sidenote. For that purpose the following things are done:

- Isander's initial stress is reduced, so he won't start in late game mode when there are 12 Nakalim players
- Lower Stress Fleets are smaller, so early game won't have carrier's to handle
- There's no manpower on master fleets, so noone gets a free invasion
- All Roles have been buffed to be brought on roughly the same level
- Role preferences have been adjusted, so that not everyone goes for the admiral
- The acdemy doesn't colonize

I accidentally deleted my comment... Fucking steam with its garbage UI, one misclick and RiP.

No manpower means boarding pods instakill and steal if they hit. So boarding pods would be OP vs the Academy fleet unless they have stupid amounts of flak but that also hurts missiles.

Just started trying this mod, playing as Umbral and got to turn 37. So far so amazing, I don't have to rush cloak level 3 before being destroyed by a "neutral" fleet haha. I will have to finish the academy quest and play a game as Nakalim before I can give proper input.

I play with 12 empires, on colossal, on 4-disk, on "semi hard" mode (I forget the name, but not endless mode). The one empire that spawned next to the academy is definitely stunted, but their start in general is just terrible so hard to say if it is the academy or not. However that should be solved on a map with a proper center, and is still way better than the academy destroying 3 empires!

those are additiones, the Vault keeper by now gets more influence instead of directly affecting the zone.

Are all the changes to the roles you listed in a comment below replacements for the original ones, or add-ons to the original role functions? Asking because i dont fully understand this entire thing:

Admiral: Manpower
Librarian: Research, Hacking Speed, Vision Range
MasterOfDust: Buyout Reduction, Money
Vault Keeper: Influence zone.

First of all thank you for the mod and your efforts to improve the game. I also have tested it (till round 80). I haven't had any problems either until now.

I've not had issues to get past turn 20 with the mod, do you have a debug log to look at? C:\Users\{User}\Documents\Endless space 2\Temporary Files
