Movable Suggestions

Description
Lets you move the Suggestions window wherever you want.

Features:
- can drag it anywhere
- remembers position on reopen
- a bit wider than standard

I've checked the mod to not interfere with any other windows, should work alright. Let me know if you encounter bugs.

Last checked and working: version 1.9.0.4

Anyone else get this to work w the News Feed mods? They seem to just cancel each other out, whichever loads last.

Updated to 1.9.0.3 and bonus it wont reset its position anymore.
