Love the mod (i've always wanted to move the feed) but have the same issue as below.

Anyone else get this to work w the News Feed mods? They seem to just cancel each other out, whichever loads last.

Updated mod description for 1.8.2. Checked with a quick play and it seems to work (with the mention that it will default to the top of the screen on reopen, but will retain the horizontal placement).

I have been trying to find a mod that will do this for a LONG time. This is just wonderful and has reduced my frustration with the UI immeasurably. I could kiss you for making this mod, and I count it a blessing that I finally found it.

It used to hide under other windows, I think I removed that by mistake on the last update. Ill sort it out one of these days.

Handy mod but I found that the window when moved stays on top of other opened windows obscuring their view so I have to close it to see them. This defeats the need for it as, if I'm going to open and close it anyhow I don't need to move it. Can it be made so other windows go on top of this instead when they are opened? If it's possible then what did I miss?

Ok I see the right side notification issue where it displays the message out of screen. But other than that it seems to work ok for me (clickable portraits, normal popups working, etc). Ill see what I can do about the right side issue and update it.

i took a quick look just to look if it works solo and no, it wont.

To be more specific: Yes, i can move the window, but all pop up notifications are broken and also the notification sidebar. Portraits wont show up correctly and arent clickable.

Hey @lewt I just checked and the mod works fine in 1.5.0.1

There is probably a conflict with another mod. Can you check with only this mod turned on and let me know if it works?

Probably best to manually delete the mods from both locations (documents/paradox and steam) and let it redownload.

im very confused at the launcher...i unsubscribe, launch game..doesnt show this mod.. i exit, resubscribe, launch game..and the mod still shows it is not 1.2.1 one.. shows the old one... i click on the reload installed mod, but that doesnt help.. i check the file in the steam workshop folder, the file shows it is the 1.2.1 copy.. how do i get the launcher to say that it has the new version and not the old version...

Its still movable, but not hidden by the menu and it also resets its position if you place in the lower part of the screen. Not really sure what Paradox changed in the files this time but I couldnt figure it out yet.

1.2 breaks this..it squishes the notification icons and make them look all messed up.

Thx Anyway. It's not a big problem really, just when you restart you gotta set it up again, but only the one time so it's ok.

I dont think its possible. I tried with earlier version to make it appear where you left it but it didnt work. It just defaulted to the top of the screen so I gave up on this. But if anyone has a solution Id gladly throw it in.

Just wondering, can you add a lock so that once it's where I want it it stays there, to avoid non accidental movement. Would be a nice addition. :)

Should hide now when you open the right side menu, give it a try.

It only appears over the right panel, gets hidden by any other panels or screens. Ill look to fix it soon.

Which panel? It should be hidden by the ones on the right and left.

When I move it to either side and open another window panel it remains on top always blocking the new panel, can you make it pls so it stays in the background behind other panels, PLS?? :)

Just tested on 1.1.3 Chevron and it works ok.
