RADS-G01 Recon Truck

Description
A work in progress recon truck meant to network radar systems and create an air to ground screen.

The missile isn't working right now and the MART only works on single player so it's effectively useless in multiplayer skirmish settings for which it's designed for. Instead rotor servos are used to keep the missile in a launch position.

Everything else should be working, it drives quite well and makes extensive use of scripts to provide for its functionality.
