Following the Intercity Express Programme and the further orders for TransPennine Express and Hull Trains, East Midlands Railway ordered 33 5 coach class 810 trains to replace the diesel InterCity 125s and class 222s currently operating on the Midland Mainline between London, Leicester, Nottingham, Derby, and Sheffield. The bi-mode 810 will be introduced in 2022 to take advantage of the ultimately curtailed programme to electrify the route, and features greater diesel power as well as 2m shorter coaches due to platform length constraints at London St Pancras.

This pack contains a class 810 train in 5 coach formation in East Midlands Railway livery.

This train has a real life top speed of 225 kph (140 mph, with in cab signalling) and is thus deemed a high speed train with an in game top speed of 200 kph (IPT2 train speed setting of 32).

@BlueThunder by all means you can give it a go, but be warned that this may be quite difficult as I don't really build my models like the 'pros' do in the proper way, instead getting the details by adding additional tris rather than doing it on the diffuse map. I despise texture unwrapping as well so let the computer do it for me but it means that they end up looking like this https://imgur.com/a/97vDiYA (for this trains driving coach with the pan up)

I love this, it is really good - looks just like the marketing material and looking forward to seeing them at the station next year. What are the chances of us getting more Midlands trains in CSR. I, too, would love to see the EMR 222, 125 (and 180) and the regional EMR 170 (as well as a XC 170, as this comes through my city, too,) but also the regional sprinter trains; the white/orange EMR 158 and the purple EMR 156.

We're also getting 360s and 170s (why oh why?) Any chance of some EMR skins for these?
