NO DLC'S REQUIRED

This is a mod requested by Rickydavey182

A Crafting Ring that can be purchased from either Kerah in Markarth or Fralia in Whiterun

Crafting Ring Alchemy +200 ,Carryweight+500, Smithing +200 All on the same ring

i also added a feature that one you reach level 100 in enchanting if you get the EXTRA EFFECT perk at level 100 you can enchant an item with 4 enchantments instead of 2

my enachinting is 100 but i only canget 2 enchantments what am i doing wrong, sorry for spelling, kinda rushing to enchant things

you can create an enchanting ring of your own very easily through console commands. Look up Elder Scrolls Wiki Skyrim, console commands. It will tell you how. You just need the code for the ring as well, and it gives you the code for the enchant.
