Description
Language information: This game is currently playable with German names and descriptions. I'm looking forward to release multi language support in the future. However, the rulebook is in English and if you read this description, you should be able to play the game.

General
This is Nemeton by Johann Favazzo. Almost everything is taken from the original board game to Tabletop Simulator. If you enjoy the game, please support the author and buy the board game. This mod is about 90% scripted.

Once, a terrible curse fell on this place: the trunks blackened, the sap became toxic , the leaves shrivelled, as if terrified. The Druids ended up abandoning this forest, since even their powers could not help it against this terrible spell.
But, upon hearing the cries for help of the defenseless animals, last guardians of the dying oaks, a few brave Druids decided to fight back once again, to explore this green maze and to recreate the Nemetons, the sacred grounds where they hope to brew new purifying potions...


Script Features
  • Setup: The setup is fully scripted. You can decide between classic or random placement of the starting forest. Please select on of the four colors before starting.
  • Scripted Goal Board: You can take animals and plants buy clicking on them. Plants are payed and animals will be moved to your druid board automatically. Buttons on the bottom and top left of the goal board let you refill animals and potion cards.
  • Scripted Forest Placement: To place a new forest tile, draw it from your draw pile and move it in the middle of the table next to the existing forest. Click on the center to flip it. When your tile has a figure symbol (tree, Nemeton, spring), you will see buttons to place a special tile next to it. The script will place all plants, figurines and triskells for you.
  • Plants handling: You can take plants by left-clicking on them. You can as well destroy plants by right-clicking. You can also add new plants on a forest tile by clicking on the plant symbols. You can finally take a plant manually from the bags. If you do so, you have to move the plants manually and cannot use buttons on it. Once a plant was taken by clicking on it, it is moved to your board and can be destroyed by simply left-clicking.
  • Save game compatible: All script features are compatible with reloading or going back in time.

Scoring is not scripted yet, as well as taking triskells and placing druid tokens. You can use the score boards and set your druids to follow snap-points for the final scoring.

Known issues
In some rare circumstances the forest placement during setup fails because TS has some bugs when taking objects from containers. In this cases you can easily restart the game by reloading it.

Tunrs out the problem was caused by either mod caching or multithread loading. I still don't know what really caused it, but turning these on and off helped me.

Sounds crazy, the tokens are implemented as normal. There is no negative index and I do not have this issue.

For some reason the game cannot import the player meeples. It sais: Error creating Token Mesh: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index
