Bugfix: Buttons to place a special tile no longer appear when there are no special tiles of the corresponding types left.

Fixed several possible issues during setup. Fixed dealing of neutral tiles. Removed the incorrect 6th potion zone.

You will now automatically pay the corresponding plant when buying an animal tile.
