本mod是原作者Khanor制作的mod的简体中文汉化版，已经得到汉化和发布的授权。
本mod为挪威设计了一套全新的国策树，有多条路线可供选择，且各个国策均有详细的效果描述。还加入了大量的事件、决议，增加了新的领导人（均有各自的特性）以及多个将领，还有新的顾问、制造商等，增加了新的胜利点并对原来的省份进行了修改，增加了装备名称和舰船的名称，此外还有更多内容等待游玩体验。
