-50% Reduced XP Gains [WOTC]

Description
Soldiers will need 2x the usual XP to rank-up.
Posted by request.

This mod simulates a -50% reduction of XP gains by actually increasing level-up requirements by 2x. Affects ALL soldier classes (including Mod classes - unless the Mod implemented its own XP table).

Note that Covert Actions that reward a soldier promotion WILL still work properly and give a full promotion, making them an attractive reward.

100% safe to enable or disable at any time. If you decide to disable this after using it, your soldiers will retro-actively level-up to the rank that they would have been as if the mod had never been used. So you can change your mind and it's like this mod was never there.

Any chance you could make this mod compatible with LWOTC please? It seems like my troops are levelling at the normal rate

great mod, currently playing a campaign with Scanning Sites Plus, Additional Covert Actions and Covert Action Mission, so hopefully this will help reduce the amount of level ups due to the increased amount of missions

I wonder why this mod has only an average rating. Then again, I don't know anyone would want to make to use this mod, instead of just playing on legend.

Works great and you can edit it as an easy way to change the kills needed to level up without going into your ini. It pairs really well with mods like Slower Avatar Project Progression and Delayed Force Increase to extend the length of your campaign.

I mean if you want to reduce xp gain just play on legendary since a soldier need over 160 xp to become colonel.
