On the positive side, he feels really solid, has some unique setup and fun TP mechanics, and has Dspecial to enable those who can evade attacks by allowing easier access to those mechanics. This all ends up with a character whose tools can really push an advantage state and allow you to get that state if you play your cards right. If anything, my biggest grips are his Fspecial, his recovery, and his near lack of hitfalling, though I'll only bother you with those if you'd like to hear me out.
On a kinda unrelated note, SSBC has that as a mod (pretty sure the character's also in the base roster in some versions although they need to be unlocked)
