Diesel Fuel Tank (Functional Version of Mission Container)

Description
This is simply the diesel fuel container from the new missions, hollowed out and with a fuel hose attachment and dial, so it is now an actual functional diesel fuel tank.

Weight (empty): 1013
Weight (full): ~7600 (because of a bug that doubles the weight of liquids in custom tanks) (http://mcro.org/issues/view_issue/24407)
Capacity: ~33,000

Not much else to report. Just lets you use the mission fuel container as a real fuel tank if you'd like to haul fuel around and have the container appearance match the stock ones.

Also added ladders to the back to match the stock fuel depot tanks.

I suspect it's because they needed boats to sink realistically, and they refuse to acknowledge most physics problems as bugs, but it's pretty embarrassing for a physics game that water changes weight by a factor if you pump it from one tank into another.

I am not so sure that is a bug, I suspect that is for submarines.
