Jet Fuel Tank (Functional Version of Mission Container)

This is simply the jet fuel container from the new missions, hollowed out and with a fuel hose attachment and dial, so it is now an actual functional diesel fuel tank.

Weight (empty): 1013
Weight (full): (need to weigh jet fuel) (because of a bug that doubles the weight of liquids in custom tanks) (http://mcro.org/issues/view_issue/24407)
Capacity: ~33,000

Not much else to report. Just lets you use the mission fuel container as a real fuel tank if you'd like to haul fuel around and have the container appearance match the stock ones.

Also added ladders to the back to match the stock fuel depot tanks.
