AI Campaign sub mod for Parthia to help them stay in the game. Buffs recruitment and upkeep costs, better unit stats, better armies, better tech research. Parthia should expand better.

This is for WOTG only. Parthia needs a better starting position of more regions. It gets gang banged by all the Seleucid vassals.

I'm willing to check this mod out but... I just got so excited seeing this and at first thinking I found a Parthia buff mod (up to date too) that works for either vanilla or DEI. Why does no one seem to make these "stronger faction" mods for Parthia?? There's this and like two from 2014 and 2015. If ANY two factions deserve the "stronger" mod then it's Rome and Parthia. 😭
