ConcreteMod_MR

Description
This mod is based on the work of AWG and his Concrete Shapes Collection.

https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2236106657

I changed the mod to a More Realistic version because the original mod is to heavy and not so complex. What are the changes?

Added Cement. Cement will be produced of gravel. 1000 gravel will give 1000 cement in 300 seconds (gravel have to heaten up to 1500 degrees celcius ). Produces in Survivalkit in small amount, and in Refinery(Basic) in big amount.
Concrete will need 1000 stone, 1000 gravel, 500 cement and 500 ice. It will give 2500 concrete and take 60 seconds to produce.
Small Steel Tubes added in production Survival Kit
To build the blocks you will need SmallSteelTubes too and MetallPlates depending of the block. (added the vanilla ramp in concrete for testing already...).
All can be produced with the survivalkit already.

You find the productionblocks under "CeCo Systems".

Update 23.10.2020:
I was thinking a while if i shall do these changes because some of you will say: "Now was you just making it difficult..." and yes, i can agree with it. But this mod is about more realistic and so want i match the productionline to more realistic too. The new blocks use Components you can build in the survivalkit. because of planets am i using trucks as carrier for the production to be flexibel.
All blocks are available in large grid and small grid.
CementFurnace (Large grid Refinery, small grid Hydrogentank) - burn Gravel to Cement and mill it to Cementpowder.
ConcreteMixer (Large grid Refinery, small grid Hydrogentank) - mix 100 stones, 100 gravel and 50 cement to 250 ConcreteDry.
In Assembler, BasicAssembler and Survivalkit can you mix 250 ConcreteDry with 50 Ice to 250 Concrete (component) to use in the blocks.

The Survivalkit still can produce all elements but it will need much more time than with the right productionblocks.

Update 24.10.2020:
Added a Assembler for small grid (Hydrogentankmodell again).
Added a StoneMill to grind Stones to Gravel without other ingots. Stupid? no it have a rason... a Mill is easier to handle than a refinery....
Here is my ConcreteProduction Truck: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2266284166

Update 28.10.2020
Some adjustments in productionrate and size of Cement and ConcreteDry. Wasnt going through the small conveyersystem... Have to see how it works now but should be fixed.

Update 31.10.2020
Fixed the problem in Survivalkit. Added a SmallGrid Refinery with higher building costs than the stonemill...
Works in my world, but leave a comment if you have a problem.

Update 03.11.2020
raised the integrety and the health of the concretecomponent, am not 100% sure but it looks like this is responsible for the stability of the block. It looks like the amount of components decide how stable the block self is. Can you try out if the damage the concreteblocks can handle now is better than before? and leave a comment please. thanks :)

Update 06.11.2020
I activated the production of cement and concretedry in the assemblers again to give back the possibility to avoid the pullproblem in the concretemixer. It looks like i dont find an easy solution for that. the StoneMill and Cementfurnace will still produce the stuff faster if i am not mistaking now... The concretemixer will remain in the mod to not destroy existing productionlines.

Update 07.11.2020
Added the ConcreteDry Furnace. Because of the problems with automated pulling of the needed elements decided i to create this new block. I know it may feel somehow messy now with all of the stuff but i want explain.
When you make concrete from the beginning you have to mill stones to fine gravel and burn it for a while at 1500 degress Celsius until it starts smelting. The result of this process go in a mill again and you will get Cement. This stuff can you buy in bags, or for industri in silotrailers. A concretecompany get the cement and keep it in theyr own silos. They get gravel/sand of different size and quality. Depending of the concretequality they choose different amounts of the different gravel and sand and mix it with cement and water to concrete and you get this stuff to your constructionside. Another possibility is, to mix the concrete without water and deliver it to constructionsides where they mix it with water when they need the stuff. I had all possibilities in my work already and therefor do i know how it works.
The meaning with the ConcreteDryFurnace is to sneak around the ConcreteMixerproblem on easy way and allow a automated but slow productionline aside your normal one. In the next time will i run some tests to adjust the productionspeed on the different blocks. My goal is this speedorder: Survivalkit - ConcreteDryFurnace - Refinery - Stonemill - Cementfurnace - Concretemixer. Assembler is after your needs and no changes planned for now. The ConcreteDryFurnace will cost more components too and have just a small inventory. That because all process of milling, burning, mixing again happens in this block.

Because the stonemixer dos not work like it was planned am i thinking to remove it from the mod. Because it use the same block like the other productionblocks would i recommend to remove the concretemixer and replace it with the ConcreteDry furnace or the assembler....

One simple thing is possible to do: stones get milled to gravel and some of the gravel gets burned to cement... All of this is possible in one "refinery" but it means all in small amounts. No big deal to implement this for those who want build up a fully automated productionline. Any sugestions?
andigogo  [author] 6 Nov, 2020 @ 1:28pm
okay that is it not. I think i know now what the problem is... The refinery is sending pullrequests at any conveyerline connected... where the refinery get response (Ore) first from it just pull until its full or the item finished. then the next responded request will be pulled. So it looks like its not possible to get the thing working in the refinery directly. I was adding all stuff for production in the assembler again, so if you start rebuilding/optimizing your productionline you can use the assembler again to mix concretedry and concrete for the blocks. You still can produce gravel with the stonemill and you have to use Survivalkit or cementfurnace for production of the cement. I go and try out if i get the mixer working while using a collector and 5 ejectors which deliver the needed items... will keep you informed how that worked out...

thanks for the tip, i will check it out

Are you using izy's inventory manager? it can cause issues with modded refineries as it still recognises them as a refinery
Type !Manual before the refineries name to exclude it from Izy's

Thanks :) what i found out in my productionline on small grid: refinery - works fine. CementFurnace- works fine. ConcreteMixer - dont pull in the stuff by itsself.. have exactly the same lines like the normal refinery which means: it should pull all.... i have no idea why this happens and how to change that. What works is, making concretestuff in the assembler, this one pulls all like its needed but there is to put in the amount by hand... I dont know igf this is maybe a problem with another mod but can not even guess which one it could be. Looks like i have to make more tryouts... but if someone of you have an idea what the problem could be, just write it and i will go to fix the problem...

Yeah i heard all about that German concrete myself, what i can tell you about your game concrete is that it stands up to sustained smell arms fire for a little tiny bit longer than light armour, so, i would say, you have guessed well, it is now competative and therefore, worth the extra effort required in throwing all that gravel, cement and stone around
andigogo  [author] 3 Nov, 2020 @ 11:50pm
The problem with all the adjustments is, i have absolutly no idea how much stress light and heavy armor can handle in reality. I am german and there was a report about the bunkers Adolf Hitler built. This concrete is of a special type they still have problems to recreate on easy way. But this bunkerconcrete is extrem stable....

That change seems just about spot on :)
