Report a translation problem
1) I don't see any reason for detour points. They are for large buildings with intense inside traffic, and this is not the case here. Overdesigning
2) But I suspect that the main problem is the order of $VEHICLE_STATION, and detour points could be kept. Haven't tested it
3) The plant is actually designed one-way. If it is placed backwards, the vehicles turn around at entering and exiting. Two-way road connections are misleading.
But one-way road connections don't allow through passage.
If the plant stays two-way, then I think it could have some sign (arrow etc.) which side is the actual entrance
4) I'm still not sure that two road entrances is a good design. One could place two simple asphalt plants side by side to have the same result and avoid all this headache. Two plants take more space though.

My testing shows that when
1) $STATION_NOT_BLOCK_DETOUR_POINT and $STATION_NOT_BLOCK_DETOUR_POINT_PID removed
2) Order of $VEHICLE_STATION is switched
3) Plant is facing correctly (to CO)
then it works correctly.
But I'm not sure that I tested thoroughly enough
