Streets of Variety 2

Description
Another 333 new chunks to commit heinous crimes in and around! Just like the original SoV this is recommended for people who are already experienced at the game and are just looking to keep things fresh, the balance is still all over the place relative to the vanilla game. It's also recommended that you use both packs together, just because the chunk ratios are assuming that's the case. Please feel free to report any issues you find, I've playtested these chunks for many hours but due to the nature of the game it's hard to catch everything (hell, I'm still patching the original pack, so I'm sure this one is similarly riddled with problems just waiting to pop up).

In addition to the chunks there are also some custom NPCs, the ones from the original SoV as well as six new faces (Punks, Barbers, Werecops, Fey, Tax Collectors and the rare Hulk). Reception was mixed on those last time so I kept it fairly mild but think they each add something nice to the game... well, except for the Barbers because NPC custom cannibals don't actually eat corpses for some reason, but, uh... variety!

Just curious, but how did you make the slaveowners actually own the slaves? I am unable to figure it out. Thanks!

Hi I've been playing with the SoV packs for a while and I like your custom NPCs. :)
I'm downloading a bunch of your other chunks now. They're great!

Yo, just refound this, sorry for being an asshole about the werecops, and thank you for telling me how to remove them.

Hi! Sorry to bother you but I am still having trouble with subscribing to content in this game and I cannot figure out hwy, I have removed the mod folder entirely and short of uninstalling this game and reinstalling completely I've tried everything I can think of. It simply does not download what I subscribe to. Can you provide a manual download so I can put the chunk pack in the folder it should be in? I would appreciate that a lot. You helped me out with the Gang War pack a while ago and I'm hoping you can do it again with this. Thank you!

Great work, bravo

Could you provide a manual download link for this? I subscribed to this and your Gang War chunk packs but they are not showing up in game and aren't even in the folders they should be in.

Thanks!

I like this a lot! However, there are some minor complaints. The NPCs often get stuck in the water on certain parts, especially in water and behind a wall they can't seem to navigate pass. Also, why are there so many werecops? It's cool to have some , but they appear far too often. Maybe that's just my opinion. Again, I really like this, that's why I'm commenting with my feedback.

Yeah, if you load up the chunk pack and hit "export chunks" it'll give you all the individual files, then you can create a new chunk pack, select everything other than whatever you want to remove and save it under a new name (then you can safely delete all the chunk files since it'll be a lot of clutter otherwise). The werecops are in their own "werecop station" chunks, one of the south canal ends and I think two of the generics (one should be labelled as a werecop spawn and the other is the alarm button with all of the cop varieties around that should be named something similarly cop-y), I can go check to get more exact filenames if you need them.

It is a little tedious but at least this allows everyone to customize the chunk pack on their own end. I did try to use things like this sparingly for exactly this reason though, I know not everyone is going to want stuff like that and hopefully it's never too much work to weed out the parts you don't enjoy.
