Specular Rhino

Description
NOTE: This mod replaces the textures and materials for the Vault Vosh Rhino skin so that it can be used online without getting kicked. You MUST have the skin to be able to use this mod.

The default Rhino looked ugly due to the type of specular material that was used, so I created this mod to make a version (that replaces the Vault Vosh skin) that looked a bit nicer. The gun now reflects light much better in both direct light and in dark areas. Includes 1st person and 3rd person versions.

Installation:
  1. Subscribe to this mod.

  2. Start up KF2 and then exit the game.

  3. Navigate to this location:

    Documents\My Games\KillingFloor2\KFGame\Cache\2266784819\0\Published\BrewedPC\Packages\Weapons\Skins

  4. Copy WEP_SkinSet_VaultVosh08_MAT.upk and paste it into this location:

    Documents\My Games\KillingFloor2\KFGame\Published\BrewedPC\Packages\Weapons\Skins

  5. Start up KF2 again and equip the Vault Vosh Rhino skin for the mod to work.

Thanks! Yes the skin is only available through the vault vosh crates so you'll have to be lucky to get it from them. It would have been great if I could get away with modifying the base skin or the other Rhino skins but unfortunately this was the only way for it to work properly.

Awesome material tweak, it's a total improvement and is more consistent with the look of other weapons! However, I couldn't find anything online about the Vault Vosh Rhino skin. I assume it can be found in any vault vosh crate?
