Agent: Schysm

Description
Agent Schysm is a unique agent with the ability to travel through time.

Augment: Chronal Reciprocator:
- Rewinds the game 1 turn
- The agent retains their location, AP, and Inventory, and coexists alongside the past version of themselves
- The 'past' agent, and any duplicated equipment, vanishes at the beginning of the next turn.
- The ability uses both Cooldown and Charges, and requires 1 PWR for each point of cooldown.

The mod includes settings to customise the number of charges and cooldown time, and is dynamically changed to match your gameplay difficulty settings by default.

Every care has been taken to make sure this mod doesn't break the game, although some issues may persist, please let me know if you encounter them.

Future updates may see an Archive version of this agent.

Neat mod that add some interesting strategic possibilities. I seem to have encountered a bug, however. The mod worked properly for the first few stages of my playthrough, but, in one stage, both versions of Schysm vanished, not just the double. Now, whenever I use his augment, only the past version spawns, and the present version vanishes. When the past version vanishes, the agent is gone entirely.


I have found that when I save and exit after this happens, then reload the save file, I get an error and have to regenerate the level – in my headcanon, I just tell myself that Schysm's augment shifts you to an alternate timeline altogether (lol). If it happens again, I'll save the log file to send to you.

Are you planning on making more tactical looking characters?
Could I suggest one with a helmet and backpack, armed with a armor piercing rifle, or smg, and programmed with lockpick & door shock trap
