• Fixed engine not shuting off when turned off

This is just a simple baggage loader based off of the frame of my Aircraft Stairs Cart . I was originally trying to make a belt loader using the vehicle tracks but Stormworks doesn't work like that so instead I opted to used a slider track. Though it may be quicker to load items by hand it is fully functioning and allows you to load multiple items at once. Even if you don't find a purpose to use it in-game its still great to have for screenshots or other aircraft related activities.

• Slider controllable from back of cart and the end of the ramp
  
• Angle of ramp controllable from both the seat and back of cart
  
• Blinking "Active" Light
  
• 5 speed automatic transmission with reverse
