Industries Import / Export Controller

Description
Control what goods are Imported and / or Exported to / from your city.
For each of the four base resources (Ore, Oil, Logs & Grain) there is an option in the mod options to disable the import and / or export of this good. It is also possible to disable the export of Luxury Products.

This Mod was inspired by the No Industries Import mod by msg7086, whose mod i could not get to work.

This is what the game needed. What also is needed is a rebalance of extractors and processing. Should need way more extractors for every processing unit.

Is there a mod to control the output of goods?

Has this mod been validated with new Airports DLC? I am looking for a mod that can control exports, as currently it seems new airport cargo is only exporting whilst 700 commercial properties say "Not enough goods"!!!
