Leweys OP Cao Cao

Note: Romance Mode Only - Will update for Records if there is a demand for it.

Cao Cao is known as "Strategic Mastermind" and also a Military Dictator, so why not actually make him powerful enough to "Dictate" all of China!

This mod sets all of Cao Cao's base attributes to 200 (although various factors will change this ). Significantly strengthening him.

NOTE: This mod does not contain a weapon buff for Cao Cao in case you don't want to be TOO OP

Currently no changes to his Armor. If there is demand for it I will add these modifications into the mod.

Who needs an army when you have the a dictator that is such a Strategic Mastermind? The enemy's carefully laid out plans are nothing compared to Cao Cao's wit!

This does work for the AI so please disable if you are not playing as Cao Cao or he is not in your faction. This has only been tested on Normal battle difficulties.
