Small Blocks as Static Grid

I got tired of this mod always vanishing off the workshop from various persons putting it up. Its happened so many times the original mod author is lost to antiquity :)

So rather than taking the chance of my servers small static grids exploding ( yet again ) I have posted it myself.

Its a simple edit of Keens existing Block to Voxel settings file in the Game folder. Works with MOST ( like 99 % ???? ) of modded planets and moons.

FOLKS - LOAD ORDER is important for this to work, top of list or bottom of list depending on Keen DS or Torch DS. I have been using this code for 3+ YEARS, telling me that it doesn't work is just wrong....I use it in streams and on all the servers I run....

Local Game / Keen Dedicated Server Setup - Mod at TOP of list ( Keen loads mods in Reverse List order )
Torch Dedicated Server Controller - Mod at Bottom of list ( Torch loads the list in forward sequence )
