Gameplay Changes

- Allows for up to 36 Major Civilizations. Minimum distance between Cities reduced to 2.
- World Congress Delegates from City-States doubled.
- Thresholds for Luxury Monopoly, Strategic Monopoly, and Embargo Protection reduced to 30/15/60 (down from 60/30/80).

Caveats - please read!

- Not compatible with Megalopolis - use one or the other.
- Do not use unless you are planning to actually play with more than 22 Major Civilizations.
- Only works with standard map scripts such as Continents, Archipelago, Pangea Plus, etc.
- INCOMPATIBLE with most custom scripts such as Fractal Pangea, Floodlands, Amazon, etc.
- Missing Leader Screens and no 3D animations, but you can interact normally with other Civs.
- If there isn't enough space, Major Civs take priority over City-States (max 27).

LANGUAGE SUPPORT

Fully localized in: English, French, German, Spanish, Korean, and Russian.
