Faux Rock Floor

Description
Adds buildable floors that look like natural rock, in rough or rough-hewn variations.
Faster to build than Tiled Floors but also slightly more expensive.
Can be smoothed into their respective smooth variants.

For future reference, something like hastebin or a gist is way better for legibility.
I'll push an update for Biomes! Islands coral compatibility
