Description
This mod only works with the vanilla game. Other mods that change titles will not work with this mod.

This mod does exactly what the title says, it makes every de jure county independent. All counts are also randomly generated.

I really loved this mod a lot. I do wish it can work with modded maps like China, Mongolia, Japan, and much more. I just try and hour trying to see if there is a chance it can work. It only works with vanilla maps so far.

It seems that either this mod or a combination of this mod with another one causes the Crete to stay as a duchy and have around 800 to 1000 courtiers.

nevermind it works. its just that paradox launcher was rarded and didnt actually apply the mod
