But after extensive tests I have to say that the mod is completely superfluous. Since any feudal AI cannot capture a single other county. All the laps I've started to test so far are frozen. For some reason it is impossible for AI to expand and thus form duchies etc.
Seems the AI doesn't have enough gold to grow properly? Or all have the same troop strength why not attack each other, I have no idea.
Fatimids were untouched and there were lots of duchy and kingdom title remains scattered around the place.
Not sure if I can also blame this on the workshop being a piece of crap and not properly downloading, or if it was some other reason.
The only thing I would say need changing in the description is that the counties are de facto independent, not de jure. To be de jure, you would have to get rid of the historical duchies and force all duchies to be custom ones.
