Call to Arms Light

Are you tired of going to war without any of your loyal vassals on your side? This mod gives you (and the AI) the option to call your vassals to your offensive and defensive wars.

This is a simplification of the original mod made by Gyran.

This mod still is working but it seems kind of overpowered because the A.I doesn't ever call banners, so I am often ending up in wars of 45k to 6k haha

the content in the '[]' of 'Error: add_defender effect []' is 'character (its id) is in the war already'
