Dalek Empire

Description
Adds the Daleks (from Dr. Who) as a playable civilization.

Trait: Exterminate - Units fight as though they were at full strength even when damaged. Units may travel along rivers like they are roads.

Leader: Davros

Unique unit: Dalek - replaces mechanized infantry. Slightly more powerful.

Unique building: Progenitor - replaces forge. Doesn't require iron and produces +1 science
