@dietime. It depends on if you have Mac or Windows. With windows, all you have to do is subsribe, but the Mac's way is much more confusing

Amazing idea, i'm going to try it out, another cool idea would be to have Cybermen and Sontaran empires? Just a thought. And if that idea is met with a positive attitude, maybe consider building the doctor who universe for Civ.

plz make a time lord Civ because the other guy who makes docter who mods (roachen, i think thats how you spell it) hasnt made anything in a while and if he is even making mods anymore he has three civs before time lords. Just please make timelords and please make them badass.
