do you need dlc for the mod to work?

I think that might be my mistake that I paint that line with too thick white line. However, it may also be the reason that this 1024x1024 texture is really hard to just propperly demo the line (in the real photo you can see that this line area / whole aircraft is even less than 1/1024 .) Even if I paint it with 1 pixel it might still be too big .

I have never seen a photo of any real F-16 from Misawa, Japan with that light gray line across the spine of the aircraft. You need to look at more photos before you create your textures. Make sure the photos are of real aircraft and not a render created for a game.
