Price: ~$50 million (furnished, ~$7 million unfurnished)
Computers: 156
Size: 2252 m2

This blueprint is (very) loosely based on the New York Stock Exchange building. I barely know what the interior looks like IRL, but I tried my best at making the trade floor look half decent. However, the game doesn't have the most forgiving design capabilities, so it's not as good as I imagined it would be.

The furnished version has 8 offices, each with their own leader room; 4 meeting rooms; 1 cafeteria; 2 stairwells; 4 elevators; and the trade floor has 3 rooms each with 4 computers and its surrounding space has 20 computers.

**Does not include furnace nor AC**
Like my other blueprints, I did not include utility objects but there are vents in every room. I always build a utility building on a separate plot and just run a tunnel between them. This just saves valuable space and keeps everything tidy.
