There are 4 cafes on the main floor and 2 large restaurants on the second floor.

One of the restaurants is nerd themed, the other is fine dining with a bar/club connected to it.

There is an observation deck at the top floor.

***DISCLAIMER***

I initially planned for this blueprint to be a bit larger (to match scale). However, at a certain height of building, my game just automatically crashes. No idea why, but after a few days of attempting dozens of frustrating workarounds, I had to settle for a smaller scale. Because of this, the reduced model is only marginally taller than the Chrysler Building, but originally was planned to be IRL appropriate (I demonstrate this in one of the preview pictures).
