If you can't get the map to show up:

Go to your Documents -> My Games -> Sid Meyer's Civilization 5 -> Mods folder and look for the Kanto and Johto Map Pack folder. Move it to:

Sid Meyer's Civilization 5 -> Maps

Then check Additional Maps when you want to play them.

I must be doing something wrong, or the download doesn't work on Win 10. I've followed all the instructions but it asks me how I want to open the file, and I'm not sure what to choose. The map comes up on my Mods page on Civ, but it doesn't come up as a choosable map when I'm creating my game.

@Zukonima,

I reread the directions and it works now. Turns out I didn't fully understand it right away. It works now. Thanks, man! I'm looking forward to playing this map!

@Jorus
Is it your Computer that wont read the file, or is it Civ V that won't read the file? Every Computer should be able to download it even if it can't read the file type, and if you saved it in the directory I specified in the description then you should be able to select it as a map. If this isn't working then i don't know if i can help you :/
