Description
Eco Recycling Center
An Eco Recycling Center that eliminates garbage and produces resources which can be exported or get distributed to industrial buildings that require them. It pollutes the surrounding area less than the incinerator or landfill. Produces small amounts of raw materials from the waste.

Based on the Green Cities Recycling Center Stats but creates no ground pollution. Has parking spaces which work and light props for night time illumination.

I really like the mod, but am conflicted on it. 16 trucks seems like too many, as in it fill ups and needs to process material faster than it can send out trucks. So it ends up only ever using like 3 or 4 trucks. If you ever did a bigger one (plz don't these are so expensive) hopefully 16 would work better.

@admiral8q Hey admiral. Thank you for all the kind comments. That sounds like a cool idea but I haven't made any buildings that utilise the industry DLC yet.

I'm not sure how you control intake of industry products. Most of my assets work because they are based off of a pre-existing building that I have re-skined. It starts getting a bit more complicated when you want to do things like add a whole new industry.

But I mean, I can look into it sometime when I have the time.

Another great asset!

@[OG]CombatMedic02 How to chat with you?

I have an idea, as well as many others for a building:

A "Bio-oil" factory of sorts. Similar to a "Industries DLC" factory or unique factory, but would take in 'crops' and/or 'wood', and converted to 'raw oil'.
(Could use 'algae', though that's 'fish products' in-game. Still would work, you can get fish oil, heh! but would also require the "Sunsets DLC")

Anyways, the reason being that when oil reserves are depleted, could produce 'raw oil' for mainly supplying factories that produce 'plastic'. Would be an alternative to importing all 'raw oil'. 'Plastic' is needed for several of the unique factories.

A bit of a 'green' way to keep the industrial economy running without relying solely on imports.

Another way I guess could be to directly convert 'crops' and/or 'wood' (Or fish/algae) directly into 'plastic'.

@Miss Mika, a somewhat sarcastic but accurate reply to your comment...come to California and see how eco really looks...you would walk away thinking you could eat off the floor of CombatMedic's Eco Recycling buildings! LOL! There is nothing eco about eco in California. Sorry, your comment made me giggle when I thought about the comparison.

Ysharros comments definitely help. I always check out the comments first to make sure there are no bugs or compatibility issues so your comment helped a lot. and Combat Medic excellent job, i love garbage things etc that have less ground pollution, you would think that eco or recycling places would have less pollution right? anyway, good work, keep it up

Yeah, they are especially useful early game. It's still nice to get the big waste management facilities in late game but these definitely help cut down garbage build up without the need for ugly landfills that take up a lot of space.

I really liked Fishbus ACAB's original (the building model is gorgeous) but I just felt it would be nice to make a Green Cities version that actually gives you some recycled materials from the rubbish. :D:

I just realised I never commented on this. I don't know if comments help, but it's 100% a must-have asset for me in any save. Whenever I see YouTubers struggle with garbage issues, I just smirk, since I literally have 130k+ pop cities (admittedly dispersed cities, not monolithic ones) running with a bunch of these and some targeted policies.
