Definetly one of the better maps! Really enjoyed it. Any hopes of a "to be continued"?

I liked how one of the weapons and its ammo was displayed. I liked the ending. The combat seemed well balanced with the weapons and armor. The map had a good mix of various environments. Overall, it was a good experience.

Even though you mark a trigger, it was still difficult to understand (perhaps such a place would be better suited to finding extra ammo as opposed to being a necessary step).

The music was incessant and makes me feel ill after extended periods of time. Something about it is sticky and awful, like it's a music box from the novel 'It'. Anyway, it subtracted from the enjoyment.

Still, those two things aside, it was a mostly fun experience that felt like a short story.

Would have been nice to see 1 and 2 as one plus add to it 3 making it one long game to play.
At end of 2 we see to be continued ( Superiority Complex episode 3 )
Just my thoughts for what it's worth.

Well, with over 400 hrs of Half Life Alyx play under my belt, I was pleasantly surprised when I played and finished your Map(s 1 & 2) above. I really enjoyed the reasonably paced play along with the "not to crazy" puzzle aspects. Thanks again , I haven't looked yet but I'm hoping you did others. What more can I say, I liked it and I HAD FUN doing so... :steamhappy:

In my opinion, not a good map at some occasions. When you first get the pistol and you have to fight a supressor and two grunts with only 30 bullets. I understand that this is the 2nd map and people are experienced. But with only a pistol and such short ammo. Some people might get stuck.

Next is the part where you have to go through the mines and explosives. I threw a grenade and ran far away across the planks and still got hurt. I understand that you are FORCED to go through that by disarming the mines and not blowing up the barrels. But you give me a grenade to use. I think Half Life Alyx had this problem as well I believe. I might be wrong. But it breaks immersion and it doesn't feel like it should be there.

Last criticism I had will be that the map feels empty. Not a lot of props that I see. It just feels too spacious.

Of course, I can tell you put a lot of work into the map. At the end I had fun.

Very good fun to play. Also nice pace-making between puzzles and fights.

I love the idea of blowing debris with a gas cylinder XD

I am enjoying this map, it's fun.
But I can't find a battery cell to open a door. I watched a walkthrough twice already but for the life of me, I can't spot where he finds this battery cell! :(

Post playthrough thoughts: Indoor architecture/level design wasn't much to look at with extremely simple brick-wall hallways for the most part. However most importantly, action & events were too few and far between - and the combat was too sparse. Most of the level simply involved walking through aforementioned basic hallways with nothing happening along the way. I think (as I can recall) the action was balanced quite well in the first episode, in comparison.
