Minimal frame and features to keep cost low for the option of leaving it in your travels.

Consists of:
= two (2) large tanks
= fuel out pump with hose connection
= hose connection for fill
= Battery to power pump and dials
= Cable anchor for recharging
= Rope anchor points
= Can be pushed but its too heavy for handle pulls

If you want to leave this for meeting it again be sure to add a "keep alive" block and perhaps a solar panel for power.
