Description
Floating fuel tanks you can swim out to craft.

Swimming needs to be done in short bursts.

This version contains diesel fuel. Can be carried as deck cargo. Later jettison to float as a reserve somewhere.

Remember the game will clean it off the map unless there is a "keep alive" block such as in this version:

Commentary:

= Remember to have fueling methods on the ship to be fueled
You need to include in your designs how the fuel can get in. Seal_ed does have a pump and a fluid connector for hoses. The simplest way would be a fluid connector, preferably with a filter set to fuel only, with pipes going into the fuel tank.

= Towing is slower than normal speed
Tows will always give some issue from the extra drag resistance plus you have more mass to accelerate. Still, its more range for a long missions. Check your fuel gauge before you start. Subtract 1,400 form that. When your fuel on board is below that stop, transfer in the fuel form the Seal-ed then cut the Seal-ed lose. The game doesnt have scuttling mechanics so roleplay that it is sunk. The cost, aside from the fuel, is really low so its affordable to do that.

= Can it be stored on deck?
Yes. If you have room to store it on deck you'll get more from the extra fuel. You can still decide on disposing of the empty or keeping it to get a refund on the raft itself. A small connector is present to lock it harder in place. Check that the height of your craft's receiving connector will match.

= Why isn't the float on the bottom?
If the tanks were on over the float the filled tanks are heavy and would flip underneath putting the float on top anyway.
