The Carpates

This map is based on the Realistic Stone Age mod by Primeval Angel.

A standard nomadic start in a forested area of the "Carpates".

Heavily forested with Conifers and broad leaf trees the carpates are home of the wolves, cave bear, wild boar, lynx, deer and many more large and small mammals.
You have axes to start chopping down trees to clear an area to establish your settlement.
The forest has very good hunting, the lakes and river are teaming with fish and the hills are good for mining all sorts of minerals and ores.
I should not forget to mention the numerous raiders avid on taking your new acquired land.
Hardcore should be a bit of a challenge.
