Rebel Abilities Remix For LWOTC

Description
This is a bit simpler than some of my other work. This mod does exactly what its name implies; it remixes the abilities your Rebels can get in Long War of the Chosen.

For those unfamiliar, Rebels have 4 decks they can pull abilities from: REBEL_AWC_ABILITIES_OFFENSE Levels 1 and 2, and REBEL_AWC_ABILITIES_DEFENSE Levels 1 and 2. Each time a Rebel ranks up (which can only happen twice), they learn 2 abilities at random (Level 1 abilities for the first rank, Level 2 abilities for the second). I think it picks one OFFENSE and one DEFENSE ability per rank up, but that's just speculation on my part.

Rebel Abilities Remix nearly doubles the size of these decks to help keep your LWOTC campaigns fresh. You may even run across the occasional Rebel who has manifested a bit of Psionic ability. They can't learn nearly as many different Psionic skills as a properly trained Psion or Templar can, of course.

If you don't want Psionic Rebels, I have marked each Psionic ability in the config with a (Psionic) tag so they're easy to find and comment out. I have also organized the abilities based on the mod they're from, so it's easy to find stuff in general. In total, the Level 1 decks have 35 abilities each, and the Level 2 decks have 40 abilities each. I've ensured to only choose abilities that can work with an Assault Rifle, SMG, or Shotgun, as well as excluding anything that might potentially conflict with another ability in the decks. Everything in this mod is configured through XComLW_Outposts.ini in the Config folder.

Requirements:
- Other than the requirements listed to the side there, you'll need Long War of the Chosen[www.nexusmods.com], specifically a recent Dev Build. The Beta Build is almost a year old at this point and is missing a lot of the abilities this mod refers to. Without LWOTC, Rebel Abilities Remix won't do anything at all. I don't want to see any muppets in the comments asking me for a non-LWOTC version because the entire system this mod is for doesn't exist in regular WOTC.

Conflicts
- If you add this mod mid-campaign, any Rebels you already have may not use the new decks. For best (guaranteed) results, go with a new campaign. Edit: Thanks to Knight of NSFW for reporting that this is false. In existing campaigns, any Rebels you have that have not yet maxed out their rank get to roll the new ability decks when they rank up.
- Rebel Abilities Remix completely overrides LWOTC's Rebel ability decks, so make sure that if you want to mess with them, do so through this mod's XComLW_Outposts.ini, NOT LWOTC's or they won't stick. Other than that, should be no conflicts to speak of.

Credits:
- Favid for making the Extended Perk Pack and Shadow Ops Perk Pack.
- Mitzruti for making the Mitzruti Perk Pack and the DLC Extension.
- The LWOTC team for making LWOTC and giving this mod a reason to exist. Seriously, if you don't have LWOTC, don't sub to this mod, it won't do anything.

You can ignore all requirements for Shadow Ops Perk Pack other than the Highlander. It also does not disable LWotC classes, and it is required because this mod uses some of its' abilities.

Why is Shadow Ops Perk Pack a requirement?
Doesen't that specifically disable the default classes and need the LW2 classes mod for vanilla WOTC?
I don't see how that would not break the game or why it's needed.

@LoneStarCody Both of them are my mods, and all of my mods are compatible with each other.

I'm guessing this would work with the LWOTC mod jam?

OK, thanks!

@ptr You need the mod enabled to get the abilities from it. You can enable the mod while disabling the class if you want. If you chose to leave it disabled, it means that your Rebels may end up rolling an "empty" ability, although I've not tested to see for sure if that's the case. If you really want to leave it disabled, I would recommend removing all of the Stormrider ability related lines from XComLW_Outposts.ini just to be safe.

Hey Kiruka, love what this mod does but recently AML says that it has a (missing) dependency on Stormrider class mod. Do I have to have the Stormrider enabled (I have it installed and disabled) to enjoy its benefits or can I ignore the dependency if I have it disabled?
