Description

Description/lore

Designed as a replacement for the aging and poorly designed Stilgar class, the Altera class freighter beats it in what matters most for a ship of it's class, cargo capacity. The fact was that the Stilgar class, which wasn't even designed as a cargo ship to begin with was old, unreliable, and didn't have enough cargo space to warrant continued use of them. The Altera class has almost double the cargo capacity, and uses the latest and best of REC technology. However the Stilgar is quite capable of defending itself unlike the Altera, so they are being kept in service and in convoys until more escort ships are completed. Alteras are also easy to convert, many being conveted to tankers, troop transports and hospital ships.

I may just be missing something, but do your ships need the DLCs to operate? I'm using them in creative so I don't care if they're required for air tightness.
