[C.E. compatible] Medium Diesel Shunting Locomotive (inspired by Polish SM42-18D)

Description
Update 7.11.2021: Updated to diesel engines. Detailed description soon.

Medium size and power maneuvering diesel locomotive (shunter) heavily inspired by Polish Newag's 18D. Convenient in operating, can pull 1150 tons (metric) of cargo with speed up to 50km/h (diesel fuel). Empty - up to 100km/h.

- Remote controller - rear of the cabin, just left of the gauges
- Hose hooks (red) on the front of the tank assembly - oil, on the back - fuel.
- Crouch in order to enter/exit the cabin.
- For additional power boost use kerosene.

Medium size and power maneuvering diesel locomotive (shunter) heavily inspired by Polish Newag's 18D. Convenient in operating, can pull 1000 tons (metric) of cargo with average speed of 80km/h.

Important:
- After pasting/assembling the blueprint it is necessary to activate and resave the controls (correct number of controls: 12) in the central controller shown on screenshot 7.
- If the locomotive was assembled in survival, the ballast boxes in front and back of the locomotive (screenshot 5) and in bogies (screenshot 6) should to be filled with weights.
- The locomotive is multiplayer friendly, however it was tested and works correctly with the community fixes to ME published on PlanetsNoLag (PNL) server discord: https://discord.gg/YuJwhHS . Especially it relies on the free camera movement and inertia tensor fix. Thus it is not known if and how it will perform in pure official version of the game.

Features and maintenance:
- Access: through the ladders onto the deck and through one of two doors (front-left and back-right). Important: Crouching is needed to pass the door.
- Fueling: Engines are accessible through hidden ports marked on screenshot 4.
- Operations: Through central remote controller located on the back of the cabin. Engines and brakes are set to channel 1.
- Multiplayer/performance: the grid group syncer and static/dynamic switcher are located in the center of the cabin floor.
- Additional storage: there is a crate and a small chest in the back of the cabin (rear engineering compartment).

Survival gameplay: For someone playing the vanilla game the resource requirements may appear enormous, however with mining drills, conveyors and other 'industrial' mods the cost is actually not that high. This locomotive has in fact been built on PNL server in survival gameplay to satisfy growing needs for pulling power (yes, with industrial mods you may actually need such locomotive).

I just double-checked the blueprint and it is working. If it keeps hanging in the air, please double-check that there is no message 'blocks missing' when pasting the blueprint. Steam sometimes fails to properly download mods and something might have not updated correctly.

If you are using PNL fixes, there is a 'safety' disabling grid physics for first 30? seconds after pasting the grid. This was done so the planes don't immediately crash after server restarts midflight. If you wait, it will eventually drop.

I put it on a straight railway, but it does not get up on it with wheels, it hangs in the air. The cart with wheels rotates, and the body itself is motionless.

Updated with diesel engines. Much less power since diesels in M.E. are much bigger than steam engines of the same power, though pulling force at low speed much better.

And being serious, we needed a bit stronger locomotive for the MP server and I was a bit annoyed with the poor visibility (and the necessity of jumping in and out when shunting) of the steam locomotives.
