Аддон добавляет возможность использовать различные голосовые команды за персонажей дополнительно. Кроме того в аддон включены фразы-помощники которые могут помочь в предупреждении игроков по команде о приближении каких-либо особых зараженных, сопровождая фразой от вашего персонажа и соответствующим текстом в чате. Аддон прост в использовании, достаточно просто подписаться и в настройках управления указать клавиши (биндить никакие команды не требуется). Дабы не пропадать оригинальным окнам с голосовыми командами было принято решение большую часть оригинальных добавить в список аддон, некоторые из которых подверглись маленьким изменениям.Так же в аддоне существует смена персонажа. Во время игры вы можете прерваться и поменять персонажа на любого свободного, даже когда лежите или схвачены особым заражённым. Аддон полностью русифицирован и имеется только русская локализация. Аддон так же может обновляться/корректироваться, для этого следите за новостями изменений.
