More Build Slots/10 Slots In a City

This mod gives you 10 Slots/City. It is also merged with the TROS Buildings Mod because that seems to be more 'balanced' than vanilla. I could just make a mod without that! What it does is give 10 slots to Imperial Cities and gives you an extra build slot every level. This means that Level 10 cities have more use than just having more population. I'd also recommend the Unlimited Buildings mod like: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2033927504 so that you can stack modifiers too.

NOT COMPATIBLE WITH ANY OTHER BUILDING MODS. ALSO NEEDS A NEW GAME START.

Additionally, if you want me to make 'Every Region is 10 slots', I'd be happy to oblige, but according to xin_sui, it lags the game out a lot. I'd definitely be up for trying because it's not *too* hard and according to WH 2 modders, it really shouldn't do anything bad either. I learned how to do this from a WH 2 modder anyways
